I need quick and easy protein snack ideas. Have way too many carbs because of fruits. Need to add protein to it. Help! Stuff that is easy to eat on the go!
Get a little bag with a freezer pack in it….wrap a couple slices of cold cuts around a string cheese…yum…baby bell cheese..raw almonds…egg….protein shake. I’m still a newbie
