I need some advice. I’m currently working out 3-5 days a week. I’m doing cardio and strength training both. My question is should I focus on cardio until I drop some weight or continue to do both? I have a goal of 50 pounds to lose. Open to all suggestion

Continue with both, strength training and weights keep the body burning calories even after ur done working out n gets ur toned

Both, I love doing the 30 min workout at planet fitness It works on both. That and the stair climber & treadmill. You’ll be fine

Yes I think that is under 50 calories but you can also put fruits and herbs in your water too for different flavors
