I need some encouragement. I’m a new EBF mom. I’ve started working out 2-3x/week and counting calories, but I’m completely starving and I’m GAINING weight by doing this. What can i do to curb hunger and start losing? This really sucks and I’m rather disco

Eat good snacks nuts fruit don’t deprive to yourself because this causes a binge effect if your hungry eat but make sure it is something that adds nutrition and not something that will hault progress.. I love Lance Dill pickle peanuts they are my go to.. Atkins has some yummy snack bars too double chocolate crunch is life to me!!!

No suggestions but I was in your spot a year ago! I just completely weaned my 14 month old and am 10 pounds heavier than I was when I had my csection. I’ve talked to some women whose bodies literally store whatever fat you put into it to keep up your supply for baby. I think this is what happened to me. I found success with cutting out sugar and drinking A TON of water. I’ve yo-yo’d like crazy though and now that she’s weaned I’m hoping my cravings and hormones balance out and I can start losing weight. I tried to eat as healthy as possible and at least walk a few times a week while I was breastfeeding, but I told myself my body knew what it needed in order to feed my babe.

Be very very careful cutting calories while nursing because you can mess your supply up, I did that with my first .
