My advice is stay off the the scale and treat exercise and dieting like a natural part of life. Getting in shape is a mental battle. Don’t think of exercise as in hard work or something you rather not do but turn it into a happy hobby like watching tv for 30 mins a day or browsing the internet. One must train their mind to see exercise as just a hobby instead of losing weight. And do not get back on the scale until you see your body changing, until you see your clothes fitting looser, until you drop 2 shirt or pants sizes. Then when you finally step on the scale and see 15 lbs gone you will be shocked in which triggers motivation to continue (not excersing) but living everyday life.
Good on you for giving it a go… sometimes our bodies just respond differently! I do Isagenix and it works amazing! Sometimes it’s about making sure your nutrition is balanced and you are eating the right amount! Often people start exercising for the first time when they start their diet and the body goes into shock…. I do nutritional cleansing and this was the only thing that ever worked for me… I lost over 70 pounds
