I’ve been trying to do some exercises here at home…tryna make a flat tummy. But I jus give up coz I see no change… What should I do coz like I really need a Flat tummy?

Keep exercising and eat atleast 2000-3000 calories a day…home cooked Proteins (Much better) Fruit’s and veggies, Drink warm water and squeeze 1 fresh lemon into the water, Do full body workouts instead of ab workouts only…
