I recently developed shin splints as a result of adding rope jumping to my jogging routine. Any suggestions on how to avoid shin splints? I love rope jumping and would hate to have to stop.

I used Dr Scholl’s sport inserts and it cured them in a day or two.

Stretch them out. Or wear compression sleeves. Pain should go in a day or two.
