I recently gave birth & my tummy/stomach is so big what can I do ?I want it flat.
Change eating plan ,do stomach exercise 3 session per week then drink 2-3litres of water daily, cut carbohydrates and starchy in ur diet
Grind garlic or chewed a lot of it and drink worm water monrnin and nite on empty stomsrch before food.
