I set my heater for 28 degrees Celcius, but the water is still aroind 24, I just measured it. However, the heater is new, around one month old. It's designed for 10-30L and the tank is 20.

I can be 2 things, wattage isn’t powerful enough or its been set wrong at the factory. From the sounds of it you’ve got the problem I always have and its been set wrong. I bought a Ehiem heater 3x the price as my old but same watt and it works. I think you just need to keep turning it up until it hits the correct temp

It’s 50 watt. That seems enough, right? Seems all my heaters have the problem. The one in my 60L tank (made for 60L) is also set at 28 but thermometer says 24 as well…

I have a ten gallon and my heater is 100W. If turning it up doesn’t work I would exchange it for something with a little more power, just to be sure.
