I went on a weight loss quest on 1/20/18. I have lost 20lbs. I invested in ME. Bought an air fryer which i use for EVERYTHING. i go to L.A. fitness 6 days a week…even if i only can stay for 30 mons due to life..i dont eat pork(havent since 1999).. No red meat. No white carbs..meaning no white rice..no sugar..no flour..no butter. I eat brown rice’oatmeal, boil my eggs, make smoothies. My smoothies consists of spinach,pineapples,yogurt.ice, coconut water, blueberries,raspberries,strawberries,bananas, and carrots. My son makes tgem for me and i drink 1 per day

Just wanted to give a few tips. Start slow. Baby steps is better than no step. I dont look..what i weigh..however i have to get the weight off me. Dont eat after 10pm. If u do… Veggies…peanut butter..i drink 10 12oz bottles of water per day…when i wanna snack..its celery…broccoli..peanut butter…wheat toast… I made turkey meatloaf today and my teenage kids didnt know the diff. I steam veggies…or raw veggies… I used 2 believe i couldnt live w/o chocolate
.guess what? Havemt had it since 1/18/18

 I plan my meals on sun and sat for 4 days…i make sure i keep healthy snacks. Im a big girl.. Fr fr so i hope u dont get offended.. Im honestly being genuine. Invest in YOU. if u can club or chill or smoke or drink..or whatever u do for rec..if u can do that..u can invest in your health
My doc saying that at 42 i may have 2 get open heart surgery…then 3 weeks later he said nahhhh.. I put it on God…it made me wanna live for my 2 kids

“Also…dont do a CHEAT DAY…thats a bigggggg myth
U can do cheat snacks or meals…1 meal per day..not 1 full whole day where u are shoveling bad food in ya system. Takes 21 days to build a habit….invest in a scale..it makes u be accountable….take b4 pics from all angles…i had my daughter take em…weigh yaself 1 day a week..same day…same time…hold yaself accountable for your success. Slow n steady…no more than 5 lbs per week u should loose..and that depends on ya body type n height. My goal is 2lbs a week all year.. Thats 96lbs…and i set mini goals..in 30 days wanna be down 15lbs.. By April 1st wanna be down 25lbs total. By July 1st wanna be down 60lbs total…etc etc…write it all down..keep track of all food u put in ya mouth”
