I started the 21 day fix exercise plan last week and was wondering if anyone else has done it or is doing it and what are/were the results. Should I increase my macros because of it? I know it’s been only since last week Monday but I’m not seeing any changes and haven’t lost but gained 2 pounds and measurements are the same. Last year when I started Keto (but unfortunately after three months feel off the wagon) I was losing consistently since day 1 WITHOUT any exercise at all. Needless to say I’m disappointed but I’m loving the exercises of the program. What should I do? Not worry too much about it and continue or increase my food intake? I’m about 80 pounds overweight. My macros are 89p/94f/20c.
