I started the 21 day fix exercise plan last week and was wondering if anyone else has done it or is doing it and what are/were the results. Should I increase my macros because of it? I know it’s been only since last week Monday but I’m not seeing any changes and haven’t lost but gained 2 pounds and measurements are the same. Last year when I started Keto (but unfortunately after three months feel off the wagon) I was losing consistently since day 1 WITHOUT any exercise at all. Needless to say I’m disappointed but I’m loving the exercises of the program. What should I do? Not worry too much about it and continue or increase my food intake? I’m about 80 pounds overweight. My macros are 89p/94f/20c.

Your protein is way too high, for women it should be 50-75 the high end for very active women. Your fat should be double your protein. Keto is high fat by definition. Changing up those things might help.

The 2 pounds is water weight, give it some time 1 week is not enough to see if something will work or not. I did 21 day fix before keto and had great results I don’t see why you would on keto.

I gained muscle and lost inches just moved up to hammer and chisel and increased my total cals.
