I train for about 15 to 20 minutes……So am not really sure if this will help me lose weight…..

Im thinking its better to oversleep than undersleep. Maybe u get very tired since u exercise a lot. I noticed that i sleep well and soundly since i eat well and exercise a lot and think the sauna contributes to the sleeping as well. Sometimes i never wake up at all during the night.

I heard that if u want to see results, exercises for 30min everyday for the first week and other weeks train 3times in a week,
