I tried again tonight and the same, Is it just because he’s in a new environment or should I be worrid?

Hey there! I got my Betta(Spazz) last night. I tried to feed him this morning and he didn’t eat. I tried again tonight and the same, Is it just because he’s in a new environment or should I be worrid? We have betta pellets, flakes, and “worm shaped pellets”

Bettas can go a week without eating under healthy conditions. You could leave the light off for a couple solid days and just leave him alone. It might help

Yeah Tetra is a very low grade food and not good for them. Frozen or live is best.

We got a betta from Walmart and fed him and he just spit it out. Bought another and he did the same. Someone on here said to try omega one so we went out and bought it and he eats it up. The other one was tetra.
