I’m just starting out with my exercising, I’ve never been much for it either so all I’m doing is dancing it out in my living room for 20-30 minutes and running up and down my stairs lol..I’m starting with baby steps

Start one day at a time by walking as far as you can. Everyday add a little more and before you know it you’ll be mobile.

Walking. I do the bikini body mommy workouts (free online) they push you and can modify. It’s 20 min at home and does weights and cardio

I have the same problem, I can eat healthy but I can not exercise. It’s hard to keep going at it.

Maybe instead of exercising 20-30 minutes straight, do some small things multiple times a day. Try doing 10 squats each time you use the bathroom. Do a few sit-ups during a commercial break. Do arm circles and leg lifts while watching tv. The other thing that really helps is drinking a lot of water each day. Good luck!
