I usually drink about half a gallon of water while I'm exercising. It also makes it easier for my daily water intake. Is that ok?

Hey Fam so I usually drink about half a gallon of water while I’m exercising. It also makes it easier for my daily water intake. Is that ok? Another thing is on my workout plan do I need to follow the exercising the way they are in order or can I do whichever ones o want first as long as they all get done?

I drink the same amount, your right it makes it easier to do. I also switch out my days, cause sometimes I just don’t feel like doing legs..LOL
