I want some pancakes for breakfast … I’m thinking I should blend up some oats, flax, banana, and soy milk and too with date syrup and cinnamon. Do you guys have any suggestions or does this sound good? I’m looking to just be able to throw everything in the vitamix and then cook on the stove. Easy and simple.
I get my ninja and blend 1 c rolled oats 2 tbs applesauce a sprinkle of cinnamon enough plant based milk to make the batter the right consistency I don’t measure. I use maple syrup to sweeten but u can use whatever u prefer and after blending I add my ground flax seed. This will thicken it up a great deal so u might need to add more milk. I then add blueberries.
Mashed banana and applesauce work esp well making pancakes. If using blueberries, do not put in the blender – hand blend. You do not want them to be broken prior to putting on the griddle. The berries should be allowed to pop from the heat. Enjoy!
