I want to gain more muscles wt can I do?
Fish and white meat such as chicken is also good.
Protein is the solution. For me I drink milk, it’s my favorite source of protein.
Heavy weights doesn’t build muscle they only make u strong in case u didn’t know, light weights with lot of sets and healthy diet does.
More session more muscle.
If you want to bulk up then eat more protein. Eggs are good. Avoid steroids. They’ll damage you.
