Ok so I want to lose the weight want to start a keto diet but keep talking myself into drinking that coffee and the tea and snacking on that pasta or fries or junk… and say ill start tomorrow and now I’m 2 days past my start day and 3 days of failing myself ….. How do I just snap into choosing healthy over this rut I’m in…..?????

It’s a not a snap thing unfortunately. You know what you have to do. Now you need to find the willpower to do it its work. It’s hard. But it’s worth it.

Just choose!! It is a decision every day, every meal, every bite. Don’t beat yourself up when you fall, get back up, dust the carbs off and start again.

Start off with a delicious breakfast, 2 egg spinach omelette cooked in butter, sausage, bacon, and 1/4 avocado. Who says no to that? Then plan your next meal…. once the weight starts coming off you’re on a roll!

You should think about all the good things you can enjoy a lot of and just start. Your glass needs to be half-full. You’re making it half empty. Think positive girl think positive.

Track every bite. At least initially. I love the Carb Manager app. Also, allow yourself a cheat day once in a while. Ironically, once you stop eating the sugar and carbs, you’ll stop wanting them so much and you’ll feel like crap after eating them. The keto WOE is easier than you think. Good Luck!
