Ok so I want to lose the weight want to start a keto diet but keep talking myself into drinking that coffee and the tea and snacking on that pasta or fries or junk… and say ill start tomorrow and now I’m 2 days past my start day and 3 days of failing myself ….. How do I just snap into choosing healthy over this rut I’m in…..?????
Track every bite. At least initially. I love the Carb Manager app. Also, allow yourself a cheat day once in a while. Ironically, once you stop eating the sugar and carbs, you’ll stop wanting them so much and you’ll feel like crap after eating them. The keto WOE is easier than you think. Good Luck!
