I want to start Intermittent Fasting but don’t want to give up the morning bulletproof coffee. Any loopholes for this?
Varying schools of though. Fung notes a small amount of coffee is acceptable. Up to 1 T.
Could wean off of it. Ditch the butter for a week, then go down to just a tablespoon of cream, then take it black.
I understand that puts eating at a weird time but I guess you could do it that way.
Skip dinner instead of breakfast. That way, you’re asleep when you’re at your hungriest.
Read the obesity code or the complete guide to fasting. The authors are alright with having fat on your fast many disagree. Think it’s all about goals.
