I was a size 42 about two weeks ago. Now I have lost weight in places on my body that makes my clothes look better on me. My husband and I have started building our home. I have been using this as an opportunity to ecxersise by moving the soil away from the foundations using a shovel and wheelbarrow. This is doing wonders for me. I have also decreased my intake of stuch.i drink a lot of water too. Am I on the right track….i can’t afford gym

It sounds like you are on the right track. you don’t have to go to a gym to workout and besides the money you save from gym memberships you can buy the weights that you need.

I am impressed. That’s exactly what our forefathers were doing. They had no gyms, they were working hard on their fields, eating healthy and they were strong, healthy and living a long life. Keep it up, dear.

U on the right track bt u can also run/walk, do bodyweight exercises and buy dumpbells.
