I’ve been very discouraged with bad back pain. Going to chiropractor for help and have to heal first. Which is slowing me down but, will keep moving forward to eat healthier and work on stretching and strengthening my core. I have also found what helps is doing shorter intervals on any machines I’m using. Instead of 30 min I do only 15 at a time, go stretch, then do something else for 15min.
