I was told that I should keep my carbs at 40g or below. What does everyone else do?

Around 20 on a good day. If I have some rice it will be higher.

I dont know if it is what i am suppossed to be doing but i average 40-60g of carbs and aroung 100g of protein.

I keep mine as low as possible, do not eat any simple carbs. I do eat fruit, and the occasional sweet potato. I don’t eat anything white. Bread, rice, white potatoes. Actually, I cook one sweet potato and cut one end off of my husbands for me. I don’t count, but probably never over 30-40.
