I work third shift so as many others I run off coffee & energy drinks but I’m trying to get rid of pop, energy drinks, and coffee (sorta, I love coffee) from my diet completely. I drink water a lot but sometimes I want something else without a lot of sugar and carbs. Any suggestions? And any meal prep ideas for on the go?
I work 83 hours a week, 7 days a week right now.. Out of seven days, three of them are 8p to 8 a. I have hard time sleeping on those days so I have been eating, 1100 calories during the day, which is two shakes and a meal and couple snacks then a shake in middle of night which satisfies me through the shift. I have only been in this for less than a week so I will see what happens.
