Ideas please. Cooked some aduduki beans in the IP. They are way soft…..any idea what I can make with them, rather than throw them?
Mix them with a green and some balsamic vinegar or eat them for breakfast with your oatmeal.
I put Garbanzo beans in my oats. Hardly taste them.
Mix with onion, spice and oats and make burgers.
Put in a smoothie – won’t taste it over fruits, veggies and what else you might add.
Smoothie, or hummus would work nicely.
