Remember at this stage the very first priority is the baby. Do not do exercises that puts pressure on ur tummy or back. It is advisable to do light exercises like walking, stretches, light weight lifting or cardio i. e cycling using recumbent bike. At any time you feel somehow uncomfortable or some pain, stop immediately.
