If I eat 1200 calories a day and burn 990 in cardio, What will happen? Why only lose 2 lbs a week other than supposedly gaining it back faster?

Absolutely. I only eat 1200 calories a day. I try and stick to a diet of lean meats and mostly vegetables with a little bit of carbs. Ive been using my stationary recumbent bike for one hour per day and walking 2 and a 1/2 miles. That’s how I burn the calories. Im not hungry but I don’t want to go into starvation mode and sabotage myself if thats a real thing.

2176 according to the site I just looked at however I always make sure I get my 10000 steps a day and only miss it by a 1000 or 2 once a week. That could also be taken into account but I have to do the math

I strongly advise against this, it’s way too much of a caloric deficit, plus you just doing cardio based exercise and this will defiantly burn off your muscle, So what will happen is your body is going to be screaming for nutrients so the moment you go back to eating normal your body is going to cling on to everything and you will gain weight fast, The body is a homeostasis organism and is always searching for balance so in its quest for balance you body will slow down your metabolism and at such a low deficit you could risk causing yourself metabolic damage.
