Absolutely. I only eat 1200 calories a day. I try and stick to a diet of lean meats and mostly vegetables with a little bit of carbs. Ive been using my stationary recumbent bike for one hour per day and walking 2 and a 1/2 miles. That’s how I burn the calories. Im not hungry but I don’t want to go into starvation mode and sabotage myself if thats a real thing.
I strongly advise against this, it’s way too much of a caloric deficit, plus you just doing cardio based exercise and this will defiantly burn off your muscle, So what will happen is your body is going to be screaming for nutrients so the moment you go back to eating normal your body is going to cling on to everything and you will gain weight fast, The body is a homeostasis organism and is always searching for balance so in its quest for balance you body will slow down your metabolism and at such a low deficit you could risk causing yourself metabolic damage.
