If I wanna try and grow my forearms, is it ok to work them out every other day?

Question! If I wanna try and grow my forearms, is it ok to work them out every other day? Or should I dedicate a full workout day just for forearms like I would with another muscle group? Seems like no matter how much I try they barely grow
