Here is the thing, I have lost and kept off 90 pounds just counting calories. I didn’t cut out sugar, carbs, or anything. I ate what I wanted, I just learned portion control, and moderation. I just always had a deficit, so the weight came off.

Processed food. Sugar. I personally think we should cut out animal products and it’s worked great for me, but I realize that’s personal.
