My best advice. Unsolicited of course. Don’t watch the scale. It will change. Everyday. Water weight. Food….etc. just work out. Eat good. Drink water. Check weight once a month. Max. Your sanity will be better about it too. You’ll see good results because you won’t be worrying about the scale |

Yeah I don’t check my weight. I only know that because I went to the doctor 3 weeks ago. I wasn’t gonna check my weight until Feb 28. |
