I’m 68kg now. it should be 47kg for my 4‘11 height. what should i do??
Try eat healthier, more fresh veg and fruit. Smaller portions of food. Stay away from bread, rice, pap etc…. Also there are exersises you can do at home with no equipment. Also try jogging or fast walking to start.

it’s very much possible Dear. I was also 68kg lost 14kgs just eating right. I still want to get rid of the 4kgs but I’m stuck. Your goal is in ur kitchen good luck.
