Labels are tested to government standards. Go with that. You dont know where the app is getting the info from.

The only answer is to go with the FOOD not the app. The foods on the app are submissions, room for error. It’s like wikipedia vs. the real source. MFP can be changed or incorrect

Not sure why it’s quite that far off, but sadly, the FDA gives food lables a big margin! They are allowed to be (I belive the number is) up to 30 calories off! Makes calorie counting frustrating for sure!
