I’m a diabetic so cutting carbs isn’t easy for me since my sugar drops fast, but I have lowered them and also stopped drinking soda and juice etc. I don’t walk much especially since the weather here is horrible right now, but I do a lot of floor exercises

Weight loss is mainly calorie reduction. It begins in the kitchen. That’s the most important part  Even with minimal movement, you can lose a fair chunk of weight

Add exercises with a dumbbell or a kettle bell

I think you need cardio to lose weight, but the floor exercises will be good for the core
