I’m a wife of a farmer with three kids, two of which are not in school yet so my time is very limited. I enjoy running and have made that my chosen workout because I can burn quite a few calories in a short amount of time. Does anyone know of another workout that is better or more effective for weight loss and that I can do in about a half an hour?
HIIT training. I like this guy on YouTube called the body coach. He has all kinds of different workouts. My go to right now is his Beginners at Home HIIT Workout. It’s 20minutes and includes a warm up, the actual workout, and a cool down. Depending on how hard I push myself I usually can burn 100-500calories in a session. But no matter if I take it easy or push hard I always am sweaty from it and feel like I did some work. But anyway, HIIT is a great fat burner and builds up stamina fast. Since you are already a runner then the beginners workouts might be too easy. But I would start there.
HIIt Cardio is the best metabolic form of training to increase metabolic rate(burning of calories throughout the day) very short but also intense. Many different forms of it just google it. If you’d like extra help I do online training and would love to help you or atleast guide you free of charge
