So, I have a Sole treadmill. It has so much bounce to it that my knees, over a years time, have declined by using it LIGHTLY. I would use then have to take weeks off. Everyone kept telling me it was a good treadmill. Well then I inclined it as I read this is more like normal walking. By then it was too late. They hurt now when I walk. I’m now in my Jacuzzi moving around slowly in it to try to heal them and still causes pain if I do too much in there. I’m afraid of knee replacements. (Just a fear I have)
Are there treadmills to adjust the bounce? I even went to less bounce shoes lol. I’m 51. TY for any ideas.
I wish I would have known that! I did a lot of landscaping for 2 months but prior I was sick in bed for 8 years. I did NOT know anything about excersize. Even my thighs are kinda messed up now. It’s need months trying to heal. I used to b a fast healer. I did lose 50 pounds on prior cheap no bounce treadmill so I. Really afraid of gaining back if no use of legs??? I spent a good hour in Jacuzzi and then put ice on? 300 abdominals. Doing arm movements. I’m so behind. Just a baby compared to all you guys.

I would highly recommend you consult with an orthopedic or, at least a physical therapist to explain your physical condition and your fitness/exercise goals and solicit their advice…I would also recommend not doing the treadmill at all since it seems to cause you such pain…just my 2 cents.
