They are REALLY good, if you want to try them, then cut calories somewhere in your day, I started Jan 2nd I am down 12.6 pounds

This is the thing, people dont understand that one cannot just eliminate ALL foods from our daily diets, I have done so many things to lose weight and always end up giving up because I “deprive” myself from so many things…this time I am taking a different approach, I watch what I eat, strict on food choices, but more so on quantities, I dont count calories and I do not keep myself from every once in a while taking a little bite of something I really want to have or try… Everyone is different, all I am saying is fully restricting yourself will more than likely cause you to fail, been there done that! Good luck, our health is important and a couple of fries will not break the scale

I’ve been wanting them so bad too I’ve heard some people say the fries by themselves aren’t that good but once you dip it in the cheese it’s pretty good, don’t give in! Unless it’s your cheat day of course lol Taco Bell is a hard place to not order more than one thing

They are amazing thankfully since they’re only a 1$ they come in a very little size so only order 1 and it’s a pretty small portion. I don’t cut everything out of my diet that I like because I end up on a binge if I do
