I’m confused. Are you supposed to calculate your net carbs for each meal? Or can you just calculate your net carbs based on your total fiber intake for the day? For example, if I’m tracking what I eat and at the end of the day my log says I’ve had a total of 40g carbs and 20g fiber, do I count that as 20g net carbs for the day? Or am I supposed to do this each food/meal?
