I’m confused on my macros.

I’ve been eating Keto for a year now. I’ve recently started working with a trainer to tone up. I have lost 72 lbs in a little over a year. However, I’m confused on my macros.
These are mine

1483 calories
37 g carbs
56 G protein
124 g fat
Is this ok as I am a runner, I am strength training 3 times a week and do cardio the others. Is that too much? Help please. I weigh 136 currently.

I would stop counting net and count total and keep it down in the 20 g neighborhood. Also, I would increase fat a little. **Ketovangelist Coach**

Carbs are too high. As others have said reduce to 20g total and up fats for energy and satiety.

See how the lifting goes. You could drop carbs and raise protein a bit and lots of room for more fat if you start feeling more hungry. If you feel good and are making progress, it’s fine to leave it where it is.

Protein is low if you want to build lean muscle. Try being under 20 grams net carbs

I would up calories from fat, that seems low for how much activity you do. I kickbox 3-5 times a week and try for minimum of 1635.
