I’m curious how do you keep track of your progress, do you step on that horrid thing called a scale? Or do you measure your waist? I’m kinda stuck between the two!
Mostly how clothes fit. Do more than measure waist….upper arm, high breast, full breast, under, waist, hips, thigh, calf….I’ve lost over 10″, 2 at my waist.
Scales for me. If it’s not heading down , I’m in it to see what’s wrong! That’s just me.
I track mostly by the way my clothes fit and measuring. I try to stay away from the scale. Once a month weigh in is all I do. It saves my sanity.
Measure and weigh once a month.
Clothing fit, monthly full body photo, and I measure, upper arm, breast, waist, hips, upper thigh and calf also monthly. Scale weight when in my Drs Office.
