I’m currently doing t -25 but I’m ready for a change I like to stick with the 30 minute workouts. Looking for suggestions of what to try?
Max 30 is my favourite. 21 day fix/ fix extreme are really effective too.
Max 30, 21 day fix, 22min hard corps,P90X3.
If you like intense workouts then max 30 is your natural progression. If you’d like to mix it up a little then 21 day fix extreme is good.
I have done Jillian Michael’s Body Shred and love it. I lost a lot of weight and became in great shape.
P90x3! One of my favorite programs. Has everything from cardio, agility, weights and yoga.
