I’m doing two shakes a day… Yoga twice a week and soon to step up more cardio… Eating healthy and I’m not losing as fast as everyone else… My stomach feels bloated like a hard rock and I use a probiotic and the tea… I’m not going to get discouraged, but it’s hard to read all the weight loss posts in this group when my progress is slower. Any tips besides patience??? THE 3.2lbs I lost came back.
Drink your water and follow your plan and your body will adjust. I have not lost weight at a record pace like some here. It’s been more steady. But it did take a long time for my digestion to get to someplace normal. I’ve only lost 27 lbs. in 6 months. By most standards this is a very acceptable rate of weight loss, but sometimes it doesn’t feel that way here. However, my body has changed so much along the way – I am more proportional and feel great. Give your metabolism and body time to get used to the changes you are making. It will happen!
I’m having a lot of belly bloat, too, and it’s likely because I’m back in the gym. When you increase your activity, your body releases more cortisol. The cortisol makes you retain water. It usually subsides within a couple of weeks. In the meantime, I’d make sure your drinking plenty of water.
The human body is a tricky thing. Try not to get discouraged.
