I’m feeling really discouraged. I worked so hard last week on my diet and exercise and only lost 1 pound.
Change the attitude towards it.. be proud of the change in your habits because it is more then just one pound its a lifestyle change which is very hard at first
Try doing yoga as well
Stay focused. Stress will not help you.
You lose a guine pig worth! Be proud of even the little accomplishments. I have been eating healthy and exercising for about 3 weeks now and have only lost. 6 pounds but I feel better already and am starting to see a visual difference.
One pound is a pound loss. Slow and steady is the way to go. Congratulations
