So I’m having an issue… I work out 5-7 days a week for 2 hours in the mornings mainly but I’m gaining weight instead of losing how can I switch it up? My eating is ok not bad example I eat healthy no sugars no soda no salt or greasy/fast food… so what can I do?
You could still be eating to much even if your eating healthy, you need to see what your supposed to take in for a day and go with that, but you could also just be getting stronger. Scales are not always the way to go I’m sure you have seen the pictures of some one that looks different being the same weight but just healthy and ripped.
If you can afford it. Like me i cant afford the plan and so i go by trial and error the best i know how and I habe done pretty good. Are you gaining weight cause its muscle or is it other reasons. Count your calories. Watch video on counting macros with Ryan Engel and watch as many as his videos you can. Good luck you got this.
