I’m going to start a new diet so I find this
1 apple in the breakfast
1 sweat potato at lunch
some nature juice at night is it a healthy diet?

According to everything I’ve read, you need at least 1000 calories a day to be considered healthy while losing weight. This diet will throw your body into starvation mode and you could actually end up gaining weight because of it.
Hmm I would not support eating nothing but that or just the plain getting no more nutrition that what you would get from that
