So I’m having issues hitting my macros badly I eat when I’m hungry and drink a tone of water but when everything tells me to eat over 2000 callories and 189g of fat and 90 grams of protein I’m coming nowhere near those numbers.

Try meeting your protein and carb goal. Top it up with fat for satiety.

I can hit my carb goal easily it’s the fat and protein I’m really struggling with I don’t eat that much in a day and it’s really hard.

Right now it’s been a lot of bacon wrapped chicken legs and either broccoli or asparagus about 5 to 6 of them.

Sounds like there might be too much protein actually 5-6 chicken legs and bacon equals way more than 90g protein. Also, protein keeps you full and perhaps this is why you don’t feel like eating much….unless you meant 5-6 asparagus.
