I'm having such a hard time losing. I meal prep and average 900cal a day. I've been told to increase my calories to 1200 and I could see a quicker loss. Please explain!

Try this: welcome.projectspt.com/mealplan the reason you’re not losing is because your body is holding onto body fat for energy because it doesn’t have any food to get energy from (since you’re not eating a lot)
