Woo!! Persistence is key. Nutrition is also key. Set SMART goals. Progress slowly to avoid injury, overtraining, and hormonal disturbances. Lift heavy=get leaner and stronger. Endless cardio will tire you out, but you still need cardio. Also, most importantly, believe in yourself! You are in control of you life and health. Do it for you! It’s a lifestyle
Get a coach or a trainer, begin with group exercise, etc. Generalized advice will get you nowhere. You’ll spend years in the gym with no real results, you’ll probably hurt yourself and well, it will just save you a huge headache trying to figure out how much to lift, what to lift, or how to eat.
