I’m new to the diet, a week and 1 day. I had the keto flu the second to third day and I lost 6lbs. The last 2 days I gained 2lbs so I decided to increase my fat/ grease intake. Today I made scrambled eggs with melted cheese and I felt sick,Nauseas. It’s been 3 hours and I still feel that disgust feeling when I smell grease. Is this something that can happen during the keto diet or could it be something else not associated with it? I would really appreciate all feedback. I’m worried that my body can’t tolerate so much fat/grease as I never ate like this before.
