I’m new to the keto diet, started last week. Omg I miss my coffee so bad. I can’t do black coffee. Someone told me I could use setiva in it. Can I? Also could I put some sugar free hazelnut flavor or almond milk in it?
Coffee is one of the best parts of this way of eating! Heavy cream, a few drops of vanilla extract and stevia (I use Puyre). So delicious! If I don’t eat breakfast then I drop a tbsp of coconut oil in.
