I’m not a fan of counting calories or macros. I feel that it is time consuming, takes the enjoyment out of eating and can give a negative association with food/eating. Would love to hear your thoughts on your experience.

i counted calories for a couple of weeks until i got the hang of what is what, and then i just stopped counting… i workout and i eat when my stomach yells.. drink a lot of water…

I’m a little of both. Counting calories made me realize that I wasn’t nearly eating enough on a day to day basis. So in that way it’s helping me have more consistent eating. But at the same time it makes me kinda hate the foods I like

I like it because it holds me accountable and makes me really think about if I really want that burger,but I’ve been doing it so long that I don’t have to track but do because then when something isn’t working I can try to figure it out.
