If you’re working out, it’s probably from gaining muscle. Muscle can weigh more than fat, but smaller.

Yay! That is amazing! Don’t focus on your number on the scale. Inches are a loss and means you are on the right track. The number on the scale will go down. don’t focus on it too much.

Less carbs or starches or processed food or soda more vegetables and fruits and lean proteins everything should be as close to its natural state as possible that free cottage cheese with low-fat we thins hard boiled eggs lots of water I 130 jumping jacks a day

How it makes sense in my head… a lb of fat and a lb of muscle both weigh…a lb. One isnt heavier than the other on the scale. However a lb of muscle takes up less space than a lb of fat. So if u lose a lb of fat but also gain a lb of muscle, the scale wont change, but ur body will be smaller because muscle takes up less space. It makes sense to me lol
