Everytime after eating oily foods drink hot water so that you’ll not gain weight and hot water itself reduce weight ..you can google it and if you go to roadwork running also exercises main thing is to sweat a lot ..morning eat like a king afternoon eat like a queen and evening eat like a princess if you know what i mean

Cut down on fruits nd eat meat. Fruits are healthy but they have too much sugare so the sugar will elevate your insulin and halt fat loss. Eat only two fruits a day… bfast and lunch..no fruit for supper so that your body loses fat overnight

Yes but don’t forget to eat protein. If u don’t like meat u can drink milk or eat eggs or cheese
